Mirage Fine Homes is the building division of the residential land development company Mamic Development Ltd. We were immediately struck with the both the open floor plan, and the care which the builders were exhibiting. We were also fortunate to be able to pick some of the finishing, colors etc. And found the Mamic folks very easy to deal with. In many cases we just stuck with what they had planned, as it was obvious theyd been discriminating in making important choices. After moving in September, we continued to find them accommodating relative to the few minor deficiencies we noticed. There were no band-aid fixes; rather any corrections were done properly for the long term. In addition, Forman Tony Rechsteiner is terrific to deal with, which has made, and continues to make a huge positive difference in getting settled in our new home. When we purchased a house in January 2008, we contacted Denis Mamic because we had bought a townhouse from him in 2002 which we watched being built. At that time we discovered that he not only has integrity but cares very much about the quality of workmanship and was remarkably patient with our changes to the plans. We were looking for a partial renovation to the house we had just purchased and had precise date for the work to begin April 1st. He and his staff made every effort to accommodate our needs, stretching their resources to begin when we needed them and then work longer than we had anticipated. When we met his project manager, Tony Rechsteiner, and his master carpenter, Len Mar, and saw their great work ethic, personal integrity, attention to detail and amazing flexibility, as well as quality of workmanship, we knew we had to renovate the entire house while we had this talented crew. Somehow Mamic Development finished our entire renovation in 4 months, a 2200 square foot miracle which we have been enjoying and admiring ever since. All of their subcontractors were also excellent, especially with Tony and Len always cheerfully present. Therefore, we would highly recommend Mamic Development and their staff with no reservations whatsoever.

Denis Mamic is the president of Mirage Fine Homes and of Mamic Development Ltd. For over 25 years, Mr. Mamic has been active in the residential home industry, he has owned and operated businesses relating to land development and various other real estate aspects. Denis believes in a hands on leadership model, he is directly involved in all stages of planning, design, community dialogue, rezoning, project management and construction. Denis Mamic has built a strong and respected firm, a broad and satisfied customer base, and reliable municipal and sub-trade contractors.

Patricia is active in community service, with particular focus on affordable housing initiatives.
TONY RECHSTEINER
As construction manager for the Mirage team Tony brings experience from both the construction industry as well as the customer service field. Tony prides himself on being up to date on the most technologically advanced and environmentally friendly products on the market and tries to incorporate these important features into everything that Mamic Development and Mirage Fine Homes build.
MAUREEN RINGLAND
Maureen is the heart of Mamic Developments administrative office. Maureen has over 10 years experience in accounting and office support. She is always on hand to help with your questions.
